DESIGN ENGINEER

Div has recently completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering and enjoys the technical and practical challenges his role brings. Outside of work Div enjoys designing and creating parts on his 3D printer, while also working on his car.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Stu has been with AES since 2009. He is responsible for looking after the daily allocation of work throughout the factory, both production and workshop. Stu works closely with our fitter-turner-toolmaker and our apprentice to ensure we complete as much of our own maintenance as possible and keep the cogs ticking over without delay.

STORES CONTROLLER

Fred has a busy and varied role at AES. He is always on the go ensuring the stores and dispatch are running smooth and efficiently. Fred looks after our export orders to Australia and Malaysia as well as our purchasing and stock control for the store. Fred's weekends are kept busy with his young family, and his interest in fishing.

BUSINESS SUPPORT

Kate has been with AES since 2006. Kate's role is varied from accounts to operations and marketing keeping her on her toes. In the weekends you'll generally find her at Piha beach or chasing the sun and surf abroad.

ACCOUNTS

Toni takes care of accounts, customer services, HR and office co-ordination. Over the years she has been known to be seen throughout the factory with her dustcoat and steel caps on learning all parts of the company.
