Industrial Kitchens
Standout industrial kitchens was the brief! We then set about developing a design to make aluminium frame kitchens and vanities that could be powder coated matt black.
The design had to be adaptable, so multiple different variations could be produced cost effectively, and in a compressed time frame.
Collaborated Design.
Multiple design solutions were prepared and presented to the developer for consideration, with a fully welded box section being chosen, for its strength and visual characteristics.
Prototyping.
One room was fully built, to check the design fit spatially, as well as worked with all the other complementary items.
Measure Twice, Cut Once.
All frames were manufactured and welded in house by the AES team, before being sent out for powder coating, and finally being delivered to a rather tricky site.
Powder Coating.
Dulux powder coat was selected once again for its superior durability and impressive looks.
